He graduated in Administration, Corporate Finance and Control from Bocconi University in 2012.
He holds an Executive Master’s degree in Corporate Taxation, International Taxation and Corporate M&A from Il Sole 24 Ore in 2018.
He has been a member of the association of certified accountants since 2015.
He has been a registered commercial auditor since 2017.
He joined the firm in 2016 after working for about three years with a leading Italian tax firm.
In his professional practice, he mainly deals with corporate taxation for domestic and international companies and groups and extraordinary transactions. He also has significant experience in international taxation, personal taxation, corporate consulting and business valuations.
Holds the position of statutory auditor in industrial and commercial companies.
He is the author of publications on tax matters.
