Studio Tributario Deiure has been in business since 1980, the year of its founding by Dr. Giuseppe Deiure.

Today the firm is an independent professional association whose expertise is recognized in various international rankings. 

Over the years, the Firm has grown significantly in both size and reputation and includes 11 partners, and more than 20 professionals, including associates and of counsels, with considerable experience in handling complex cases in both domestic and international taxation, valuation plans, corporate reorganizations and M&A in general.

Main clients are large domestic and multinational groups, but also leading small and medium-sized companies, both from Italy and abroad, and across various sectors, including banks, asset management firms, and other financial intermediaries authorized under Art. 106 TUB (Italian Consolidated Banking Law), manufacturing, pharmaceutical, trading, service, transportation, private equity funds, venture capital and telecommunications enterprises.

The Firm has offices in Milan and Rome.
