Graduated with honors and special mention in Business Administration, specialization in Chartered Accountancy, from Bocconi University in 1992.
He has been a member of the association of certified accountants since 1993.
He has been a registered commercial auditor since 1995.
He has been a registered legal expert since 1994.
He is an Academic Fellow in Tax Law of Extraordinary Transactions in Business Income at the Department of Law, Bocconi University.
After working with a leading tax firm in Milan, he joined the firm in 1994 and became an Equity Partner in 2003.
He performs tax consulting and assistance for multinational, Italian and foreign corporate groups and private equity funds. His main areas of specialization include extraordinary transactions and corporate reorganizations, corporate taxation, international taxation, corporate consulting, transfer pricing, business valuations, and VAT and other indirect taxes. Over his 30-year career, he has also gained particular experience in management incentive plans, as well as tax assistance in pre-litigation and litigation.
He is a member of the Scientific Committee of Rivista Fiscalità & Commercio Internazionale (Taxation and International Trade Magazine).
He is the author of several articles on tax matters in specialized journals and participates as a speaker at conferences, seminars and postgraduate training courses.
He is a member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA).
He also holds the position of statutory auditor in industrial, commercial and financial companies.
