He graduated in Law from University of Bologna – Alma Mater in 2004.
He attended the Graduate School for Legal Professions at Federico II University of Naples in 2007.
He received a Master’s degree in Law and Business from Luiss Business School in 2008 and a Master’s degree in Tax Law from the Ipsoa in 2010.
He has been a member of the bar association since 2009.
He has been a member of the Special Register of Supreme Court Counselors before the High Courts of Italy since 2018.
He joined the firm in 2011, having previously worked with leading Italian law and tax firms.
Within the scope of his professional activity, he assists national and multinational companies and business groups in tax audits and in proceedings for tax settlements and arbitration procedures as well as in litigations in civil, tax (direct taxes, indirect taxes, international taxation) matters as well as customs matters both on the merits (before Courts, Courts of Appeal and Tax Courts) and before the Supreme Court. He also advises on the same aspects through the preparation of acts, opinions as well as contracts in the context of extraordinary transactions.
