She graduated in Economics and Banking in 1987 from the University of Siena.
In 1988, she attended an MBA master’s programme at the G. Tagliacarne Institute (Unioncamere) in Rome, the Master’s in “Economic Development in the Advanced Tertiary Sector”, which provided specialist training in business, start-ups, marketing, planning and accounting over the course of a year.
She has been a member of the Order of Chartered Accountants since 1992.
She has been registered in the Register of Statutory Auditors since 1995.
After working with other professional firms in Rome, she joined the Deiure Tax Firm in 1992, where she remained until 2004, before resuming her collaboration with the firm in November 2024.
She then collaborated with various professional tax and corporate consulting firms, including the SBS – Tax and Corporate Consulting firm in Lecce, formerly a Deloitte consultant for tax matters in the field of auditing.
For a short period, she also served as Administrative and Financial Manager of private companies, again as an external consultant.
During his professional career, he has gained extensive experience in the field of VAT and indirect taxation, corporate taxation for national and international companies and groups, and international taxation. He has also gained significant experience in extraordinary transactions, transfer pricing and tax litigation.
He has served as auditor for several companies, including those belonging to multinational groups, and as sole auditor for various joint-stock companies.
He has been appointed as an independent certifier in insolvency proceedings and as an expert for extraordinary transactions.
He attended a training course for professional mediators and conciliators at the Messapia Foundation in Lecce.
