He graduated from the University of Parma School of Economics and Business in 1987.
He has been a member of the association of certified accountants since 1988.
He has been a registered commercial auditor since 1995.
He joined Studio Tributario Deiure in 1988 and became an equity partner in 1998.
Over the course of his work he spent several months in London where he helped in opening an Italian desk at a multinational leading tax consulting firm.
His areas of specialization include corporate taxation, financial taxation, international and personal taxation, extraordinary transactions, transfer pricing, tax litigation, compliance, business valuations, as well as VAT and indirect taxes. He has over 30 years of experience with multinational clients both from Italy and abroad.
Holds the position of Statutory Auditor, Director, Liquidator, Commercial Auditor, member of supervisory body in industrial, commercial and financial companies.
