He graduated in Economics from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia in 2000.
He received his Master’s degree in Tax Law from the INFOR/IPSOA School of Education in 2001.
He has been a member of the association of certified accountants since 2006.
He has been a registered commercial auditor since 2006.
He joined the firm in 2003, went on to become a Senior Associate in 2012 and became an Equity Partner in 2018.
He specialises in the field of corporate taxation, related to both ordinary and extraordinary transactions, and M&A with particular emphasis on the analysis of tax and corporate aspects, reorganisation of multinational groups, both from Italy and abroad, as well as aspects of inheritance law.
He has solid experience in real-estate and financial investments by both individuals and corporations, providing tax and accounting assistance to family offices.
He has also gained extensive experience in the analysis of aspects of taxation related to stock option plans for both listed and unlisted companies.
He has written articles in leading tax law journals and lectured on postgraduate training courses.
He also serves as a statutory auditor in renowned corporate groups.
